Remote sessions are hosted by Zoho Assist. Nothing stays installed on your machine after the session ends.

How a session works

    Call us first

    Ring (828) 677-0000 and tell the technician what's happening. They'll start a session and read you a code.

  2. 2

    Enter the session code

    Type the code into the box below and start the session. A small application downloads and runs — you can close it when you are done.

  3. 3

    Watch what we do

    You'll see your screen the whole time and keep control of your mouse and keyboard. Close the session at any point to end our access immediately.
