We have. Alongside managed IT, we build laboratory software: HL7 ORM and ORU interfaces, FHIR endpoints, LIS and EHR integrations, ordering and results portals for referring providers, and the reporting that sits on top. We host what we build, monitor the interfaces, and support them after go-live.
That means one provider for the network, the servers, the security posture, and the application layer — rather than a help desk that escalates every interface question to a vendor who bills hourly.
